Horse Riding Courses in Sussex

Ditchling Common Stud in Sussex offers a wide range of tuition including training in preparation for BHS exams, show jumping/gridwork, cross-country and skill at arms.

Our indoor schools and outside arena provide the perfect facilities for our horse riding tuition. We also have in-house accommodation.  It is possible for people, prior to a BHS exam, to come to DCS to train and to get to know our horses.

Horse riding is a high risk sport. It is recommended that you take out your own personal accident insurance. We have taken every precaution we can to minimise the associated risks however, horses remain unpredictable animals so please take care and accept that accidents do happen!

DCS Horse Riding Tuition: Terms & Conditions

Horse Riding Lessons should be paid for in advance. Horse Riding Lessons cancelled less than 4 days before the appointed time will be charged at the full rate. Clients who fail to arrive for their horse riding lesson will also be charged at the full rate. Clients who wish to hold regular booking slots will be expected to use them at least 11 times in every 13 week period.

** Email cancellations will not be accepted - any cancellation must be made verbally, with the office.**
